The BC Day Festival is a vibrant celebration of British Columbia’s diverse cultures, breathtaking landscapes, and rich history. Held annually on the August long weekend, this community-driven event brings together people from all corners of the province to share in the spirit of unity, creativity, and pride.
We are honoured to partner with the Kwikwetlem First Nation, on whose traditional and unceded territory the festival takes place. Their leadership and cultural guidance are central to shaping the heart of our celebrations, including our signature event, BC’s Largest Salmon BBQ.
We are also proud to collaborate with S.U.C.C.E.S.S., whose tireless work in building inclusive, thriving communities inspires us to ensure the festival reflects the rich multicultural mosaic of British Columbia.
Together with artists, local organizations, and volunteers, we aim to create a festival that’s welcoming, fun, and truly representative of the best of BC—past, present, and future.
