Robert Clark

Chef Robert Clark is one of Canada’s most celebrated culinary leaders, renowned for his innovative approach to local seafood and his lifelong commitment to sustainability. A BC Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee, Order of Canada recipient, and co-founder of Ocean Wise, he continues to champion sustainable seafood as Chief Culinary Officer at Organic Ocean Seafood and co-host of Your Nations Table. Through his leadership, advocacy, and numerous conservation honours, Chef Clark has played a pivotal role in advancing sustainable food systems in Canada.

Alex Tung

Chef Alex Tung is a highly respected Canadian chef with more than 20 years of experience in culinary leadership, innovation, and mentorship. After training at the New England Culinary Institute and working alongside internationally acclaimed chefs, he became a prominent figure in Vancouver’s culinary scene, serving in senior leadership roles with leading restaurant groups. Today, as the founder of Yowza! Culinary + Concepts, he provides consulting to hospitality businesses while supporting the industry through the Chefs’ Table Society of BC and the Richmond Food Security Society. Renowned for his collaborative leadership and dedication to mentoring future chefs, Alex continues to help shape British Columbia’s vibrant food culture.

Camille Sauvagnac

Chef Camille Sauvagnac is a talented pastry chef whose career is driven by creativity, precision, and a lifelong passion for baking. Trained in France and now based in Vancouver, she has refined her craft under some of the region’s most respected chefs while continuing to explore contemporary pastry techniques. As a Board Member of the Chefs’ Table Society, Camille is dedicated to fostering mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth, helping strengthen British Columbia’s vibrant pastry community through industry events and networking opportunities.

 

Jullian Bond

Chef Julian Bond, one of British Columbia's most respected culinary leaders and educators. Originally from the United Kingdom, Chef Bond trained in Michelin-starred kitchens before bringing his passion for exceptional cuisine to Canada, where he has built an award-winning career spanning more than three decades. He is a member of the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame and is widely recognized for his leadership in culinary education, sustainable food practices, and mentorship of Canada's next generation of chefs.

Stephen Lewis

Stephen Lewis is the Senior Director of Food & Beverage at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, where he leads culinary innovation, menu development, beverage strategy, training, and operational excellence across Canada and the United States. With more than 17 years of experience with The Keg, Stephen is passionate about developing people, creating memorable dining experiences, and strengthening the hospitality industry. He is also actively involved in the culinary community through mentorship, industry collaboration, and volunteer initiatives that support chefs and future hospitality leaders.

Ahyoung Baek

Ahyoung Baek is the chef-owner of Pasta Polo, a beloved independent culinary staple in the Tri-Cities. A dedicated leader in the local food scene, she serves as an Executive Board member of the BC Chefs’ Association and as a Board Director for the Port Moody Museum. Ahyoung is passionate about celebrating local heritage, seasonal BC ingredients, and community through her craft.
